The Boss is the Best Après Ski resort in El Tarter Soldeu, Andorra. We are Six friends, and we spent a week snowboarding in Andorra 2022 in Andorra. Three of us stayed in El Tarter and three in Soldeu.
El Tarter is in an ideal location for getting straight up the slopes either via chair lift or gondola, both of which were in easy reach of the Hotel Nordic, where we stayed.
As for the après-ski, not many bars are readily advertised within El Tarter, apart from The Boss Après ski. In that Bar had lovely staff, who served considerable quantities of spirits. Another bar we discovered a short distance from the hotel was called Texas Food The Boss Après Ski, and for good reason. However, there wasn’t a lot else to do in the evenings if you’re outside the hotel, but we went to Manacor Restaurant. Best Steak house in Andorra with a very yummy luxury and cheap T-Bones or Angus, cheap relating to the quantity, was impossible to finish so yummy steaks.
The next town along is coupled with El Tarter, called Soldeu, and is where all the British ski school instructors live – for good reason. There are plenty of bars and the town in general has a lot more life. You can travel between the two towns for about 1.90 euros (2022) now a monthly ticket allows travel for €30 all the month depending on the bus company. However, the last bus is 9,30 pm. If you miss that, there’s a 45-minute walk. But Taxis in Andorra are so cheap, you can pay 5 or €10 to go to El Tarter or to Soldeu from Hotel Nordic.

Overall, the holiday was great, but if I were travelling to Andorra again, I’d definitely look to stay in the flat’s door by door of Manacor Restaurant we enjoyed their food we took dinner 6 nights is one of the best Steak Houses I ever visited over the world.
